Returns Policy


In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, the customer has the right to a cooling off period of fourteen (14) business days, starting at the time goods are received, to cancel the contract and return said goods at their own expense, for any reason.


If you would like to return an item for a refund, please email within 14 days of receipt of goods to obtain a returns number, which must be included with the item.


We will also provide you with a returns address. When returning items, please obtain proof of postage. Unless the items are faulty all returns are at the customer's expense. Only complete and unused goods in perfect condition for resale will be accepted.

If you change your mind about your purchase within the 14 day period we will refund the cost of the item and the original delivery cost as follows:

-If the item was part of a larger order, there will be no delivery charge refund.

-We will refund standard delivery charges only, not additional delivery charges for guaranteed special delivery.

If an exchange is requested, all shipping expenses shall be the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty items - If the item you would like to return is faulty or the item you received is incorrect, please email and we will contact you about how to return the item. Please do NOT return any faulty items without first contacting us. The above does not affect your statutory rights.


If the right to withdrawal is exercised, THE MERCHANT will make every effort to refund the customer within 7 days of receiving the returned goods.
